Chuck Shaw give free instructions on tournament chess for ages 5 to 18 years old. It is a free program and you do not have to bring anything. All are welcome and there is no minimum or maximum number of young people who can come. You do not have to be accompanied by a parent or adult.
Friends of the Library Meeting Wednesday, October 28, 7 pm
Come joining the friends group. Friends help the library with publicity and fund raising. Pay no library fines or fees when you become a friend Chess Tournament at library (For Ages 6-18)
Saturday, November 14 from 9 am to 1:30 pm Registration is $10, bring to library There will be 2 sessions, one for K to 6th grade and one for 7-12th grade Trophies will be awarded to the winner. Bring a chess set if you have one Moms' Club
