The mission of the Oxford Public Library is to provide welcoming spaces for social interaction, access to information, and lifelong learning.

 

Brief Scope of Collection: 45,000 volumes covering a full range of interests and reading levels includes books, videos, DVD's, books-on-tape and CD, magazines, and newspapers. A local history collection and the Chester County Press, 1886-present (microfilm and paper). Items not in the Oxford collection are available through interlibrary loan.
