Get A Library Card
You are eligible for a free library card if you live in Pennsylvania. If you do not, you still qualify for a free library card if you work or attend school in Chester County. You must show a valid ID (i.e., driver's license) verifying your current address. Photo ID is preferred but not required, as long as the document has address information.
Otherwise, out of state patrons may obtain a card by paying an annual fee of $20.00.
