Chester County Library Trust The Chester County Library Trust, a 501(c)3 organization, was established to aid, assist and promote the development of the Chester County Library (CCL), its Henrietta Hankin Branch and the services CCL provides as the District Center Library. The Fund for the Chester County Libraries The Fund for the Chester County Libraries is a fund managed by the Chester County Community Foundation. The Fund was established to provide opportunities to support the Chester County Library and all the libraries of the Chester County Library System.
